The kit is powder coated on mobile Trolley with wheels and Component storage box arrangement
All Hydraulic connections are with quick connector, safety clamping and quick plug in locking system. The coupling is leak proof, which is self-sealing when decoupled and when coupled, ensuring a tight hydraulic connection. During the coupling process only the face of the coupling is coated with oil. Operating Pressure is kept at 20 bar to ensure safe operation.
The equipments are mounted on an ergonomically designed mobile metal trolley with drip tray. The power pack is mounted at the bottom. The components can be easily mounted on the working area. “Quick Release couplings” are used on the components & hoses for fast & easy connections. All the components are fitted with “Quick Adapters” & the hoses are fitted with quick couplers.
